There has been a lot of discussion lately around non-GPS tracking, or indoor tracking across three axes, x, y & z. This specifically relates to being able to locate a person inside a building or structure that has no access to a GPS signal, and locating that person to within a 1 metre to 2 metre accuracy, on any floor in the building.

A team of ex-Special Forces operatives, going under the name of Samurai, has focused their skills on the fight against human trafficking. Samurai operates in some very dangerous locations, including conflict zones in the Caribbean, Asia and Eastern Europe. Communications is a constant challenge in these environments, with access to cellular networks being very patchy and SATCOM being impractical.

Sovereign Systems is pleased to announce the signing of a distributor agreement with Danimex Communication A/S, of Sonderborg, Denmark, an award-winning distributor of radio communication solutions and equipment throughout the world with over 30 years of experience within the communication industry.

Wearin Tactical vets with Sovereign Systems ip mesh radio

Our partnership with Wearin’ Tech continues to deliver benefits, not only for the technology partners, but also for the end user, which is the primary objective. Our PTT Mesh radio provides the connectivity that the Wearin’ sensor system requires, when there is no cellular network. This applies in tunnels, basements, collapsed structures, catacombs (as tested recently in Paris) and mines to mention just a few.

IDEX 2023

We had the pleasure of attending IDEX 2023 with our UAE partner Pegasus Intelligence, along with members of the Pegasus Alliance; CS Comms, Baird Technology, and SOLV Technology.

We were kept busy the whole week, our mesh radios generated even more interest than we expected, and by the end of the week we had nearly lost our voices!

We have reached out to those of you who left a card, and to those that took one of ours please don’t hesitate to get in touch for more information.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

As we run down the clock towards the end of the year, we look back on a successful 12 months both in terms of sales and development.

We are proud to have played a part in supporting the Ukrainian military with Mesh radios and training from our Dublin offices, as well as delivering the concept of affordable IP Mesh technology to a number of European Ministries of Defence, something we had never envisioned at the outset of 2022.

Natural Disasters Expo | Singapore

We had a great two days at the Natural Disasters Expo in Singapore Expo, sharing the stand with our own PTT mesh, Hypha mesh, GPS-less indoor tracking, and Wearin’ connected wearable and environmental sensors.

Thank you all for taking some of your valuable time to chat with us on our stand, where we were showcasing Hypha for the first time in Asia, and to talk to use about our exciting new integrated solution, combining three unique technologies we had on the stand, aimed at delivering to the First Responder community: “Future First Responder”.
